We’ll follow up with a few questions, and if it’s a good fit, we prepare a proposal outlining scope, pricing, and next steps. Once approved and the initial payment is made, we schedule your project and kick off.
Timelines depend on complexity and scope. As a rough guide:
- Logo & basic brand identity: around 2–4 weeks.
- Single landing page design: around 2–3 weeks.
- Full website or product UI: several weeks to a few months.

We deliver organized design files, components, and specs to make handoff as clear as possible.
Most of our projects are priced as fixed-fee packages based on scope and complexity. For ongoing work, we may offer retainers or monthly design support plans.
Our proposals clearly list what’s included—deliverables, number of screens/pages, and revision rounds—so you know what to expect.
We typically work with modern design tools such as Figma or similar platforms. Feedback is usually managed via shared links, comments, and scheduled check-ins.
We’re happy to adapt to your team’s workflow when possible, as long as it doesn’t compromise the quality of the design process.
After final approval, we deliver all agreed assets and files, and support your team during implementation if needed.
Many clients choose to work with us on an ongoing basis for new pages, features, campaigns, or brand updates. We’re always open to long-term collaboration.
