  • Disputes opened via PayPal will be handled according to their resolution center guidelines.
3. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase.
  • The digital product has not been fully downloaded, or the service has not been fully rendered (exceptions apply for defective files).
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase (PayPal Transaction ID).
4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Completed custom design services.
  • Gift cards or promotional credits.
  • Products purchased during "Final Sale" or clearance events.
